Chlorella is not a chelator. You might possibly *feel* better on

it if you do well on high sulfur foods - but don't be deceived,

that doesn't mean it is not harmful. Chlorella mobilizes mercury

without removing it from the body.

Perhaps you have mobilized enough mercury at this point that the

harmful effects are more apparent.

I have not used DMPS, ALA or DMSA. Are

No.

Sauna is helpful for extracellular mercury. You would still

need ALA for the intracellular portion.

Read Moria's website in the files - this explains the basics about

chelation.

Before trying chelation, make sure you are on an appropriate

supplement program. Andy Cutler's book Amalgam Illness is a good

resource to determine what supplements you need:

You may want to join the adult groups for support:

When you are ready to chelate, I suggest trying ALA in a very low

dose, say 6.25 mg (1/4 of 25 mg capsule). It is the only essential

chelator. You need it to remove mercury from the brain and from

inside cells. You must take it every 3 hours, except at night it

is okay to go 4 hours.
