I assure you, Dr. Skip is part of our group, and if he really did send

the email, then the doctor he speaks of is most certainly " one of our own "

However, if Texas has laws different than those of other states, this

doctor should be aware of them. I guess we will need to hear the whole

story, which is what I assume you are asking for, or questioning.
