My notes say OLE should be given 2 hours apart from glycine, Lysine,

Here is what I have, info from several different sources:

The amino acids glycine, lysine, histadine, and cysteine (including

n-acetyl-l-cysteine) may interfere with the action of one of the

components of Olive Leaf Extract.

The amino acids glycine, lysine, histadine, and cysteine (including

n-acetyl-l-cysteine ) may interfere with the action of one of the

components of Olive Leaf Extract. So don't give OLE within 2 hours of

those aminos.
