GSE and OOO question

I read in the files section for yeat

GSE slows down phase 1

OOO is icky for people with slow phase 1

Can someone explain what this means?

I am looking to keep yeast at bay while chelating my son.

He is on pro biotics and biotin and I read no-phenol is helful

Phase I liver metabolism. GSE can slow it down, which is usually not

a problem if it is normal or fast, but can cause problems if it is

already slow.

I don't know if OoO does the same thing.

Biotin is very helpful. No-Fenol on an empty stomach can also be helpful.
