It would all depend on the individuals constitution and their purpose for fasting. I would think 14 days would be plenty sufficient for anyone. Much better to do many little fasts than trying to do it all in one fell swoop. Coming off an extended fast and going directly onto a juice cleanse ..... hmmm... not sure why you would want to do that. However, coming off of an extended fast and going onto fresh raw organic juices for a day or two will be very beneficial for helping to ease back into the world of eating. Then go onto raw juicy fruits for a day and then green leafy salads for a day and then ...well see where you are by then. You may not even want to eat regular type food anymore. Of course, you could come off a fast and do a juice cleanse. Would not be that much different than drinking lots of juices to break your fast anyway. As for losing the weight, it will come off through fasting, juicing and eating raw living foods. All on its own. The fasting, cleansing and eating living raw foods will help detox the body and eliminate the toxins and mucus. Good for you on jumping in and doing a fast though. You won't regret it. You might have a few days where you won't feel so wonderful but the end result is almost always awe inspiring.
