Use kosher salt for neti pot

I have been using a neti pot for years (for allergic rhinitis) and it has helped me.

I got mine from and was advised by the Himalayan Institute (it's an Ayurvedic device).

They suggested using sea salt or kosher salt (which is what I use).

Sea salt and kosher salt are in their natural state (no additives), and are not ground down to a uniform size, which is actually helpful for washing out the nose. (Himalayan Institute advised against using table salt.)
