Guest guest
Crystal - below, when we stop for 4 day, is that both medications and then re-start both medications again? Or, do we just re-start the metronidazole? - Thanks, Abby > > Dr. McCandless¢s protocol for those with insurance is diflucan > (fluconazole) and for you 100mg twice daily for three > weeks, along with flagyl (metronidazole) 500mg twice a > day for 10 days, stop 4 days (to let the spores hatch > out) then 10 more days. Guest guest
I just picked up this thread now since I'm dealing with a yeast problem. Does anyone know if Agave nectar is ok for a candida diet? It's ok for diabetics. Guest guest
Judy- Agave feeds candida. There are two sweeteners that do not. Stevia is the well known one, and luo han guo from China is the other. I just finished a candida treatment per Dr McCandless's Protocol, and used a sweetener containing luo han guo called Lakanto (http://shop.bodyecology.com/prodinfo.asp?number=BE021). It is costly, but well worth it!From: judyr12345 <jrudin@...>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Dr McCandless's Protocol for candida / Crystal - protocol questionlow dose naltrexone Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2008, 11:03 PM I just picked up this thread now since I'm dealing with a yeast problem.
