Guest guest
, Sorry in advance but I just have to say something. I smoked, and liked it too, from the time I was 13 until 36. I'm 56 now. I quit cold turkey the day my brothers and I had to turn off the machines that were keeping our father alive. He had lung/heart disease from being a smoker. The last thing my father said to me before he died was to ask me to quit smoking. I quit because I didn't want anyone to have to go through what my brothers and I were going through and NEVER wanted someone who loves me to have to watch me die like that. My lungs recovered in less than 2 years to look like I'd never smoked and I know if I was still smoking my MS and every other aspect of my life, and everyone around me, would be soooo much worse. I'd give up almost anything to get around better, especially if it was something so harmful to me and others as smoking. Not easy to quit but well worth the effort and probably the best thing you could ever do for yourself. Love yourself enough to quit! I'll get off my high horse now. I wish you the all the best.
