That is nothing to worry about. However, being packed in vinegar I wouldn't have thought they would mold. You used ACV I trust and not white vinegar. Were any of the cloves above the vinegar? The garlic should be completely covered by the vinegar and there should be no air pockets. Yes, the garlic will turn a green or bluish green color and this is okay and will not harm you. It is just the sulphur compounds changing in the cloves. Try a slice of one of the cloves. It is possible that you may have used old garlic too. I was just thinking about writing you last night to see how your leg was coming along, as well as, how you were doing! You must have picked up on it or vice versa. How are you doing these days and how is your leg? Peace be with you Cathie. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Thanks Don, After reading the replies from Suzi and one other member to the group last night, I went and ate a few cloves of it and indeed I did not get sick and lived til morning. They tase fine, just VERY STRONG -- so I guess my initial taste test in which I only touched a little vinegar to my tongue, was clouded by emotion. Been having a little bit of a relapse with the diet. Feel WAY off the bandwagon, got back mostly in line with it, and the past few days have been kinda half way off the bandwagon half way on -- Still Working at it :-) I do notice I feel better when I eat mostly raw. Start to feel more sluggish and a little digestive turbulence when I get off it... Leg's on the mend. Luv & Light, Cathie

Need to go in for another doplar study to know what actual progress has been made. But, i DID work out only very lightly on the no-impact aerobic jogger at the spa a few times, just to test it. My impression is that it continues to improve... What about you guys? Weathering the Winter? Got yr root cellar stored up for the long hard winter?
