Hi ,

Yes that is one way to make a raw carrot puree. Course if you have a

juicer you could just juice the carrots and then stir the pulp right

back in. Works the same way. What to do with the pulp. Well you can

dehydrate it and, using your nifty coffee bean grinder, powder up some

thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, bay leaves, and mix it with the dehydrated

pulp and add in some Celtic sea salt to make your very own special salt

blend. You can use the dehydrated mash from making super tonic in this

as well. I dehydrate the pulp from all of my vegetable juicing and

re-powder it. It gets used in my salt blend or when I make a raw soup.

Lots of ideas when you stop and really consider what we normally throw out.
