Course if you have a juicer you could just juice the carrots and then stir the pulp right back in. Works the same way. What to do with the pulp. Well you can dehydrate it and, using your nifty coffee bean grinder, powder up some thyme, sage, rosemary, basil, bay leaves, and mix it with the dehydrated pulp and add in some Celtic sea salt to make your very own special salt blend. You can use the dehydrated mash from making super tonic in this as well. I dehydrate the pulp from all of my vegetable juicing and re-powder it. It gets used in my salt blend or when I make a raw soup. Lots of ideas when you stop and really consider what we normally throw out. -- Peace, love and light, Don Quai " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
