Hi Andy,

Selenium chelate ok? I have trouble w/methionine. Alison F.

Never use selenium drops at any time, or any other supplement contianing

selenite.

However it is not necessary to avoid appropriate selenium supplements during

chelation,

e. g. selenomethionine.
