Guest guest
Hello, For a while, I had recurring sinusitis and I used OLE to fight it off. It worked very well for me. I don't think the brand matters as much as the strength of the OLE. I use a 500 mg pills that contains at least 15% oleuropein, which is the key ingredient. I would take 2 pills every 3-4 hours when I was fighting an infection, then take 4-6 per day for a few days afterwards. Hope this helps, > > Hello! Most sinus issues here were caused by yeast, which I eliminated with biotin and GSE. If you suspect it is caused by environmental allergies or bad bacteria, OLE should work well. I started my kids with 250mg OLE and worked up from there. I like Natural Factors brand from my local health food store. Dana
Guest guest
After 2 1/2 years of chelation, I became aware that I have had chronic sinus infections for decades. My chinese medicine doctor, from Hong-Kong, was able to deal with it in the space of 3-4 weeks.
