You can powder up the Red clover if you wish but I would just leave it

as is. Otherwise you will be using a lot of red clover. Course, maybe

your Rx calls for powdered in which case, by all means powder away. You

can use ACV if you do not wish to use alcohol or use a combo of both.

Toss the nettle onto your compost heap if you have one. If not, start

one if you can. The nettle is pretty much devoid of any nutrients at

this point though not totally.
