Coconut Soap

This is another one I really like

8 oz Palm oil

3.9 oz Sweet almond oil

6.4 oz Coconut oil

6.4 oz Olive Oil

2 oz Castor Oil

1.6 oz Cocoa Butter

4.2 lye

9.3 water

I've also made this with some coconut milk in place of the water. You just have to make sure you freeze the milk first so it doesn't burn and turn all icky in the soap - and stink. No amount of fragrance will help then. )

Hey there,I also get my coconut oil soap from Tropical Traditions...but it

REALLY sounds as if you all need to, a couple 2-3 times a week, apply coconut

oil to your head and scalp, let it stay on for at least an hour, then go wash it

out, with a mild soap. Wildernessfamilynaturals.com ..I beleive has some
