Guest guest
The first time I ever took GSE, I put the 15 drops in a small bit of water. OMG!!!! I thought I was going to die taking it that way, but I did. I just kept adding more water, and more water, thinking it would get diluted. UHG!! I ended up trying to drink a full 8 ounces as fast as I could with that stuff in it. I have found the best way to take it is in a small glass of orange juice, or even better, pineapple/orange. The flavor just blends in, and it barely is noticeable. And I tend to take the full recommended dosage (15+ drops) when I do take it. But, on a sore throat, you can definitely feel it going down. But, you can not beat the effect of the stuff. Knocks every bug I have had since I started using it, dead. I will try the ST in apple juice and see how it goes. Neither of them get sick often, which we all feel blessed about, but when they do, it is good to have ammo. But, she is hypersensitive to a lot of stuff, and has very low pain tolerance, so it makes life more miserable sometimes for her. Kim God's Blessings Farm Get more from the Web. My 18 yr old has the same problems and has had for the past 5 years – one bone in his leg permanently ached and he just lived with it – we were told by dr’s it was just growing pains! Howver I take my 7 yr old to see a cranial osteopath and have been for the past 2 years on and off. I managed to persuade my 18 yr old to go after reading a paragraph in a book on the subject that described him to a tee and he had a treatment – his pains in his legs went! He hasn’t had it since either! – it turned out it was linked to a bump on his head from being a baby that had put a tension through his body and this was how it had manifested itself! he recently had a car accident that fortunately he walked away from but had a stiff neck – wasn’t interested in going to the dr’s or hospital – just the cranial osteo – off we went and immediately after treatment the stiff neck and pain in his shoulder went again! Just thought I would mention it – I wish I had realised this was the solution he needed instead of letting him live with the growing pains for 5 years, but back then I didn’t know any better!
