Let the pharmacy know this. Are you lactose intolerant? Irmat used

to use lactose for Dr. Bihari and would use something else if one were

lactose intolerant. I had adverse symptoms with avicel also. I do

not use Irmat but still you need to alert Victor that the new batch

doesn't seem to be working as well.

Go back to the old filler and try the following:

(from earlier post on our chat site).

Drink a glass of water immediately after taking your LDN. It prevents a headache for me and many others. It has something to do with LDN and salts and the need to hydrate. One friend was even having dreams about water (with her headache) until she started drinking a glass of water after her LDN.

I also had a terrible reaction to Avicel and then switched to Lactose

and I felt much better. My pharmacy is Irmat.
