DDI hair test - cut sample hair from various parts of the head?

Hi,

About to receive the kit - do we cut my son's hair from various parts of

the head?

A local clinic is sending me the kit - can I post it directly to DDI & mail

a

cheque/bank draft directly to DDI? The local clinic charges US$120 in my

country - how much DDI charges in the USA for the hair test (in US$)?

Believe my son does not need to consume a chelating agent before

we collect his hair, right?
