Melatonin, 5Htp are some standard fixes. If he has high ammonia (what do you put

under someone's nose if they faint), activated charcoal at night, 2 hours away

from meds/supps.

The first two don't work for me (49) but melatonin works great for my son. I

give him sublingual from Whole Foods I mg, I ususally break that in half,

peppermint flavor. He stays on sched this way. I give right after dinner, he's

out by 8:00. (8 year old).

Reducing my ammonia stores help me. I take one activated charcoal a night.

Unless I'm feeling way too dehydrated.

Good luck. Alison F.

Can anyone advise my son will not go to bed. He stays up all night till morning.

We have not been able to send him to school for about a week because of this new

habit. We put him into bed and he goes and then jumps up and get out never to

return.

Thanks

tired mom
