Guest guest
Melatonin, 5Htp are some standard fixes. If he has high ammonia (what do you put under someone's nose if they faint), activated charcoal at night, 2 hours away from meds/supps. The first two don't work for me (49) but melatonin works great for my son. I give him sublingual from Whole Foods I mg, I ususally break that in half, peppermint flavor. He stays on sched this way. I give right after dinner, he's out by 8:00. (8 year old). Reducing my ammonia stores help me. I take one activated charcoal a night. Unless I'm feeling way too dehydrated. Good luck. Alison F. 14a. Re: no sleep Posted by: " riyoelam@... " riyoelam@... riyoelam Date: Tue Jan 8, 2008 9:25 pm ((PST)) Can anyone advise my son will not go to bed. He stays up all night till morning. We have not been able to send him to school for about a week because of this new habit. We put him into bed and he goes and then jumps up and get out never to return. Thanks tired mom
