Guest guest
I have been giving 15mg.s a day for my two sons each and they weigh around 30lbs. I have been told by the Healthfood store that you cannot overdose and I believe I have seen very high doses being taken by a lot of people on the GFCFkids board. I go by how my kids are acting (hyer, not sleeping etc.) as to how much to give. [ ] how much biotin I am having my son use biotin supplements to hopefully keep yeast at bay. He is 24 lbs. Does anyone know how much I should be giving about? Is this something you can give too much of? He has responded to all his supplements well so far ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for last minute shopping deals? You can give too much of anything, just increase slowly until you are comfortable and satisfied with the results, and don't see any negatives. Most kids seem to need 5-10mg. My son needed, for several months, 20mg 3x per day. Dana
