Guest guest
-we use the same thing, and we do that as well. Except I got the powder..my kiddo won't take the caps. And B vites taste bad..so the powder works out well. I give my son 1/4 tsp of the powder a few times a day. -- In , " thedyes " <threebabygirs@...> wrote: > > I am trying to figure out how much B vitamins I need to give my 45lb 5 > year old. Guest guest
---Does he weigh the same amt as my daughter? Do you have any idea how much vitamin C, E, A, D, I should give her as well?. Her CLO has Vit A 3000IU, and Vit D 200IU. I will also give her Kirkmans DMG,Folinic Acid and B12. She is on antifungal meds for yeast. Should I be giving her any other vitamins? Thanks you so much. This can be overwhelming to get ready to begin chelation. Sheila In , " Jada " <paxlforme@...> wrote: > > -we use the same thing, and we do that as well. Guest guest
Do you also give a muli-vitamin/mineral too? Jada <paxlforme@...> wrote: -we use the same thing, and we do that as well. Is he doing okay with these doses? I used B50 and B100, which is 50 and 100 mg/mcg of most of them. I gave more than one capsule per day, depending on the child. USRDA of folic acid is 400mcg and of biotin is 400mcg, so it is not even close to USRDA for those two. And my son needed massive doses of those. If your child has phenol issues, going to higher doses can cause problems, so keeping the lower doses would be best http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm B vitamins [except biotin] also tend to increase yeast, so watch for that. For several of the Bs, my son needed carnitine for proper absorption. Dana
