Here is another, very thorough link that discusses vaccine contamination in great detail, and nutritional approaches to preventing the flu. http://heartspring.net/vaccine_contamination.html Elderberry extract and coconut milk both kill flu quickly and greatly reduce the symptoms. When my kids got the flu, I would take 2 tablespoons of whole coconut milk and a tablespoon of lemonade concentrate, blend them with a handi-blender, and make a shake. Those shakes also rapidly clear cold sores, and they are much safer than flu shots. My grandfather got the flu from a flu shot, got pneumonia from that, had a heart attack from the strain of the pneumonia, then had a stroke that left him crippled for the rest of his life. My mother's 2 close friends got flu shots in

December. They both got the flu after that so badly that both of them have scarred lungs and one of them is still on oxygen. I will take my chances with the flu.

Hi,I had not heard that people with auto-immune disorders should not haveflu shots, but I sure believe it now, and will never have anotherimmunization of any kind! I, too, will just depend on LDN to keep meprotected. Has anyone else had bad reactions?Actually, I think the flu vaccine is "Tri-valent" , meaning it is madeup of just three different strains, chosen based on predictions ofwhich strains are expected to be most prevalent in any given year. Soit is a crap-shoot, which explains why it often doesn't prevent fluoutbreaks, because an unpredicted strain comes along and kicks us...Here's a website I found about contaminated vaccines:http://www.industry inet.com/ ~ruby/vac_ coming_thru. htmlKonnie>> ---Just a FYI, I was told anyone with an autoimmune disease should> NEVER get the flu shot. In my opinion, I would never get it anyway.> And just my little scientist mind working here, but I always thought> something like the flu mutates the minute you get it, and then moves> on. If it then> mutates, that vaccine is no longer effective against the new strain. > And, I understand there are millions of strains of the flu. The> vaccine covers about 16 or so. thoughts?> Either way, I am hoping LDN keeps all flu strains from affecting me.> So far, so good.>
