Guest guest
Hi Patti, I am so glad that LDN is working for you Patti! That also gives me great anticipation that it will for me too. Last night I DID have vivid dreams. They were not necessarily bad but they were constant. In fact I remember dreaming about writing someone about my experiences on LDN. They (thee dreams) seemed to bounce all over the place and as I said they were constant but it wasn’t bad at all as in terrifying. I did get up a coup-le of times and sort of staying in the semi dream mode at those times too. It was certainly interesting as I usually am not much aware of my dream life. This was pretty real. I will be delighted to keep my “LDN friends” updated on my progress. Keep us informed on your results too. I also have narrowing so I will be really interested in the findings there.
