There are great multi's out there but the majority have way too high RDA

especially for my 20/m old son. I was also talking about a specific type of

multi for what vitamins/minerals are usually needed by children chelating. I

give my son 4 times a day vitamin c, b vitamins, calcium, zinc, magnesium,

vitamin e, selenium, molybdenum etc... I would like to have a supplement with

these things in it at low doses so I could just give him one 4 times a day and

skip the chopping up part. Then add in my own on things he need extra or more

of. Though other parents may wish to have this also

I am not sure I want a multi yet (though it sure would be nice), but

what I would love is if some company would come up with high quality,

minimal filler, low dose, small (size 3 or 4) capsules of all the

stuff I want. I, too, am tired of dividing the stuff up.
