Guest guest
is - an excellent one is " Eskimo Oil " . It's from Sweden (esikimo3.nu), and I know it's available there, because I was looking into importing it. They have testing to ppts for things like PCBs and to ppbs for metals (which you can find on their site). Or, you can go to flax, that should work. (Make sure to take the relevant cofactors with it: mg, zn, vitamin Bs and C. Also, take the components of the head group for the phospholipids: phosphtidyl-choline, -inositol and -serine. Careful on the first one, it also give you more acetylcholine and may make the thought processes a bit too fast and out of control if you're sensitive. On the other hand, if you are not over-sensitive, it could help with memory.) On the FM, have you tried lots of Mg & Taurine? If that doesn't work, how about the whole electrolyte mix? In any case, it took almost 3 years for my FM to go away. In the mean time, I would not have survived without yoga. Im getting more dyspraxic/dyslexic like symptoms lately. i think its due to my stopping my fish oil supplements recently? They had soy and sulphites in them (not sure about soy) which i react to. Im in the uk so not sure what brand of fish oils to use. i wont take cod liver oil. i know boots do a flax seed oil supplement that i was fine with before so maybe i should go back to them? i plan to continue with DMSA for a while (memory problems mean im not organised enough to start ALA) until my fibromyalgia symptoms improve more. Any ideas on improving my memory and stress issues would be greatly appreciated. --

I think I'd just try getting the taurine on it's own. >i do take Mg and calcium combined tablets. 1000mg Mag, 500mg Cal. That's good. Do your stools get loose? If not, you may be able to take more. Look up FM in Andy's AI. I'm remembering one of his suggestions (there were others) involved taking a lot ... but details of how much, exactly, escape me. (For me what was needed was the whole Mg, Ca, NaCl, KCl, NaHCO_3 plus some vitamin c.) Dave.
