Poor Sleeping....Buries Head Into Us and Jerks

My 20 month old has never slept good. If I put her into the bed with

us she constantly scoots and plows her head into us. And when I watch

her sleep she twitches/jerks at times. It seems she can't really

relax, and I dunno what the head digging is. Does anyone have any ides?

The head digging (we have feet digging here) can be related to bacterial/yeast

issues in the gut I was told by a DAN doc. Try some probiotic, that should help

some with both yeast and bacteria I suppose.
