Guest guest
If you got it in email form, just save the pdf to your harddrive and then open a new file and attach it. Anne > > Hi All, > > > > Please if you have a chance, look at this for me. This is a mock up of 's Hair test results from Doctors Data. Test Date 09/07/2007. is 5 yo and is in a typical KG class w an aid. His most significant issue is being able to stay on task. They recently collected data on him and he averages a need for a reminder at a rate of about 1/min to stay on task. These are not always verbal reminders sometimes a look or a tap will do but he is very distractable. > > > > This is the first hair test where we are seeing mercury. It was done after a summer where we were taking a break from chelation and seeing if an antiviral protocol would help. We used valtrex and to cover any potential yeast issues diflucan for 8 weeks. And the only test where elements were in the 97.5%. The same test a year ago had only 5 elements in the top yellow bar and only two in the bottom yellow bar. I don't know if the AC counting rules apply if you are super supplementing. He has been on the same mineral supplement for the past two years. We are sending off another ION panel to see what they suggest for supplements but it looks to me like we may be over supplementing essential elements. At least I have stopped the mineral supplement that has boron in it. We do not supplement copper or iron and we do supplement Zinc. > > > > We sent a glutathione level off at the same time. We resumed chelation with 25mg ALA and 25mg DMSA after the hair test so we are again chelating with the AC protocol every weekend. > > >
Guest guest
Comments interspersed. S S Here are the results: Toxic Elements 68% 95% Result Ref Range Aluminum 22 <8 High, have you identified and reduced/removed sources? www.danasview.net/metals for sources Antimony 0.2 <0.066 High, antimony is a flame retardant in bedding sleepwear, etc. If he sleeps on his stomach that increases how much he breathes in. Nickel 0.29 <0.40 Silver 0.41 <0.20 Does he have any mercury amalgam dental fillings? They contain silver. You haven't been using colloidal silver, have you? Tin 1.4 <0.30 Stannous fluoride contains tin. Titanium 0.92 <1.0 This is in sunscreen, Vance's dari-free, various supps. Total Toxic Representation Essential Elements Result Ref 2.5 16 50 84 97.5 Calcium 178 125-370 Magnesium 52 12-30 Are you doing mag supps or Epsom salt baths? Sodium 489 12-90 I don't think hair is accurate for sodium but this may indicate adrenal issues others can chime in. Potassium 35 12-40 Copper 25 8.0-16 Does he spend lots of time in a swimming pool? Guest guest
I do but it would be more helpful if I had the color version that DDI sends you. It can be hard to tell without actually looking at the bars. I have his book on Hair Test interpretation. But from what I can tell: 6 over 50%....five or less indicates toxicity..six is suspicious according to the book. I can't tell for rule 4, as far as which ones have a short line in the middle white/green section. Only count the short ones, ones not very elevated or very low. These should be 11 or less. If not...you would meet this rule. If you met this rule..then toxic. If you were very close on this rule also as in you had 10 or less, or you had 12 or less...being close on two or more rules means mineral transport is deranged and mercury is there. > > reposting...Could use and would love some help. Guest guest
I have some test results back on my children's hair. What is the protocol for posting these for help reading them (Andy's in particular)? It's for 4 children & I'm very concerned. A question - my 2yo (the youngest tested)came back as high in antimony & arsenic. I will post on that list as well but he's the only one I wrapped mattresses for. I also never put him in flame retardent pjs, however I know these are not the only sources. He was our first baby after we moved & we had just painted the house before moving in; the fumes were mild but there are always some. Could that have contributed? I was also putting a finish on some wood; I was only 2-3 wks pg with him at the time (didn't know); could that have anything to do with it too? What other sources? They all seem to have high copper. At the moment I've been chelating my 13yo with ALA - he gets 20mg extra zinc (from the 10 in his multi) - is this an issue? And my 9yo needs a spacer & braces. he has a space between two big teeth that has closed up a lot & there's a big tooth underneath that needs to come up. The dentist has made an issue out of this & we're under pressure to do something, & do braces. However, it seems he needs chelation as well. What to do? This is upsetting; any help appreciated, Michele
Guest guest
And now the results for my test came in and I am at 1.1 for mercury. Ref range is less than .80. puts me a little into the yellow. oh...by the way, when i was saying " white " for my boys, it was really " yellow " . my printer ink is low in yellow I guess Thanks, Kari > > I just got the results back for my boys. and...after applying the counting rules, mercury toxicity doesn't seem to be an issue. I'll post the files later, when my husband can help me. i made one attempt, but it didn't work. > > I don't have time to list all the essential and other elements, but do want some feedback on the three potentially toxic elements that are high.... > > Aluminum. result is 13. ref range is less than 8. this puts us well into the white. > > Barium. Result is 2.0. ref range is less than 0.75. This puts us past the middle of the white. > > Titanium. Result is 1.5 ref range is less than 0.70. This puts us at the right part of the white, nearing the red. > > My other son is also high in Aluminum and Titanium, but not nearly as high as ryan. > > Thanks > Kari >
