What is adrenal failure and how can i treat it?

Hello

Ive heard of the adrenal glands. i have problems getting to sleep and

have just go a new mattress recently (its not the cause). i take

2x5htp tablets at night but then i have problems waking up in the

morning.

What are the signs of adrenal failure (cannot afford a DAN! doctor)?

How can i treat it?

is (who has black rings around her eyes as well)
