The problem with questioning how long it takes to raise blood levels

is that we don't test our blood levels daily. I'm sure there is some

standard, but realistically... we started with a low zinc level and

retested my son's blood 6 weeks later find it had gotten closer to

the norm. I don't know how long it took.

I can only imagine our children (and us) absorb and utilize nutrients

at varying amounts. My son is so damaged.

For every " I loved it " story with supplements, there is a " I hated

it " story. It makes it so tough. You have to focus on your child

and try to make smart decisions.

I like Old Wive's Tales. There is some element of truth to all of

them!

p.s. Im 6 weeks I was able to lower my son's blood levels of copper

in to the normal range with zinc and molybdenum. That was cool. It

was pretty high and zinc was pretty low. They are close to a 1:1

ratio now.
