question on visual stimms, squinting and pressing eyes

We finished our first round DMSA Tuesday. My 20/m old son seemed to do

fine and we saw no problems. Today he has been visually stimming,

squinting his eyes and rubbing them. More so than ever. The squinting

and pressing is new and the visual stimms were not so bad before. More

of a once a day or two. Any suggestions on what this could be? He is on

all his

supplements and seems fine with them so wondering why he would be all

of a sudden doing this?
