Guest guest
I've got some kind of nasty bug, sinus infection, cold-thing. I started LDN about a week ago and had weened off of all steroids. Now, I can't seem to get over this thing using what is usually my " magic bullet " remedy which works much better than antibiotics(at least for me it does). Then, I realized I was trying to get over it without the steroids I took for over a year. Can anyone offer suggestions? I'm currently taking beta glucan, vita c, and a mild liver detox (tried to stop that one to give my system a break - result was a worsening of the infection). Oh - also taking mucinexD. I've read about samento being an anti-inflamatory. Would it work for this or would I need a different type of anti-inflammatory? Thanks - Abby
Guest guest
if you have adrenal fatigue then you can use up to 10 mg prednisone together with the ldn.that is ok. if it is a virus you can go high with vitamine c .until you begin to have D.go a little bit lower and stay there sometime.when you get better you can go back to the amount of vit c that you use. > > I've got some kind of nasty bug, sinus infection, cold-thing. Guest guest
Boswellia is an anti-inflamatory. The doctor who prescribed my son's ldn said it was ok to continue giving him that with the ldn. Guest guest
We take something called 'nutribiotic' for bus & it contains grapefruit seed extract which works very well. Lots of citamin C as well.
