Hi,

Thanks to those helping me get the message straight. Thank you, Joan, for

asking.

I am just overwhelmed right now with the amount of mail and can't seem to

keep up. I think that if I stick with the PBCers that I can handle the

amount of mail. I enjoy and appreciate the posts but it is just too much

right now.

How do you get to pbcers. Not sure what I have yet, so I like to hear all

liver postings.

Barbara,

It doesn't always work like we think it will. I have two ISPs. Compuserve

and AT & T Worldnet. Because WorldNet closes down e-mail at random without

warning on unscheduled days and I can neither send or receive, I decided to

get the list in Digest form on both accounts. Ultimately my objective is

to dump WorldNet if they don't clean up their act - which right now seems

unlikely. I tried subscribing to Digest form at my Compuserve address (I

just changed accounts there) and instead kept getting the list. The

message I sent (from the Compuserve address) saying that I want Digest form

was sent in response to an automatic message I got from ListServe

confirming my addition to the list but not to Digest form. As far as I can

tell, I still am not getting Digest form on Compuserve and now wonder if I

ever will.

To get the digest. you have to send your message to

-digestonelist NOT to onelist

For those who want digest form, try sending it to the FIRST address

above. It has worked for me previously.

-unsubscribeonelist

I think there is a website too that you can go to and

it asks you to unsubscribe or just stop mail

temporarily..Im sure someone on this list will have

that url..

Good luck

At the bottom of every email there is a link to

unsubscribe. You can click on it and mail it or visit

/egroups and unsubscribe there.

You can unsubscribe yourself by sending a blank email to -Unsubscribe .

If you need help in any other way just let me know. =)

No need to give directions, I already unsubscribed this person. Sometimes

, just won't let people do it themselves for whatever reason.

I have made numerous attempts to unsubscribe to this group by following the

directions in the text of the email I have been getting from this group.

All

the attempts were unsuccessful, mail was returned stating the group does not

exist. It definitely exists, because I keep getting email from the group.

Can someone tell me how I can successfully unsubscribe from this group since

the other attempts have failed

Have tried that. Sent numerous unsubscribe mails to the link at the bottom

of these pages and sent the confirmation. I can no longer log into the site

but still keep getting these messages. May not be rocket science but can’t

think of anything else I can do. recognizes my email address and when

I try to re-register to exit the group it won’t let me cos it thinks someone

else has registered my email.

Any more ideas????

its not rocket science.. go to. www. sign in.. view your

groups.. edit there.. or unsubscribe there. That is how i do it. If you

wish to stay in the group but not receive email, you can choose that as

well.

In my opinion, if you are not obsessed with getting rid of candida in

the first place, it will never happen as it is so difficult and requires so

much patience, determination, and discipline. My advice is to change your

Group email settings for this group to " daily digest. " This will

bundle all of the emails of the day into just one email that you can either

sift through if you'd like or delete it without getting so many messages

that can seem overwhelming at times.

But, if you really want to quit our group, simply send an email to:

candidiasis-unsubscribe .

Never give up and best of luck in the future,

Ken

-- [ ] Unsubscribing

I tried to unsubscribe to all of the emails, but the address said the

page cannot be displayed. Please let me know how to stop getting all

of these messages. I think they are making me obsessed and crazy about

getting rid of the candida. I need to have some balance and let the

drugs and diet do their thing, alone. Much thanks for all of your

prior support and help.

Hi,

I don't know if you are still subscribing to this group or not, but

here is what I did to avoid being overwhelmed by so many e-mails or

digests. I put the settings to not receive anything in my e-mail box

(no digests nor full e-mails). This way, I simply access the group's

website when I want, read whatever postings I want; if I feel saturated

or overwhelmed, etc., I don't go on the website. I find this keeps me

in control.

Hope this is useful,

Fran

Pam,

At the very bottom of your post in my email version of it is a link that is

titled " Unsubscribe " . Did you try that yet?

YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST

YOU SEND UNSUBSCRIBE EMAIL

YOU GET BACK A "DID YOU REQUEST THIS? REPLY TO THIS EMAIL IF YOU DID, IGNORE IT IF YOU DIDN'T"

REPLY TO THAT EMAIL

YOU GET BACK A "YOU ARE NOW REMOVED" EMAIL

IF YOU DON'T GET THOSE STEPS, YOU'RE NOT REMOVED

YOU CAN GO TO THE WEBSITE AND CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS OR LEAVE THE GROUP

THE LINKS ARE IN EVERY

EVERY

EVERY

EMAIL FROM THE GROUP

<*> To change settings online go to: low dose naltrexone/join ( ID required)

low dose naltrexone/join

low dose naltrexone/join

low dose naltrexone/join

[low dose naltrexone] UNSUBSCRIBING

I NEED TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO THIS GROUP FOR NOW AND HAVE SENT TWO REQUESTS TO THE "UNSUBSCRIBE" SITE. MESSAGES KEEP COMING, THOUGH, SO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE? THANKS SO MUCH, AND MY BEST TO ALL. ------------------------------------

Did you receive a verification email and reply to it confirming that you

really want to unsubscribe? That is a critical part of the process as

it is otherwise very easy for someone to maliciously send in an

unsubscribe email pretending to be you.

I have copied the following from a post I sent about 12 hours ago.

- At the end of every email to the group is an Unsubscribe link. - Click

on that which will create an Unsubscribe email. You don't need to add

any explanation or anything as the process is automatic, just send it.

- MOST IMPORTANT: It is very easy for people to send someone an email

which looks like it came from someone else, so when processes your

Unsubscribe email they will automatically send a Confirm email to your

registered email address.

- When you receive that you MUST reply to confirm that you do really

want to unsubscribe and verify that the original Unsubscribe email

wasn't sent in by someone being malicious and pretending to be you.

Alternatively you can log into

low dose naltrexone/join and just

click on Leave Group and follow any instructions.

Very strange that you can't send the unsubscribe email. However, as

also explained below " Alternatively you can log into

low dose naltrexone/join

<low dose naltrexone/join> and just

click on Leave Group and follow any instructions.
