Andy has repeatedly, repeatedly said it is not necessary to give zinc on an

empty stomach, we never did and her zinc levels are fine. If you want to give it

on an empty stomach and it doesn't cause problems, fine, just not in any way

critical. And I have read some interesting studies that talk about the

advantage of the body getting all the nutrients simultaneously.

Agree, zinc was enormously helpful here in terms of increasing appetite as

well as being a general immune help.
