Hair Test Back

I'm hoping I can get some direction here... thanks in advance

I got my son's hair test back from Doctor's Data yesterday. His mercury was

..67 ref range being <.40 nto the beginning of the yellow section... the lead was

low at .25 ref range <1.0... we chelated before and lead did come out well...

the mercury never did.

The Essential other elements meet the counting rules as far as I can make

out...

He had 2 in the middle only

4 going to the right of the middle into the green section (his sulfur was into

the yellow section)

The remaining 17 were all the the left of the middle (his lithium was in red

along with colbalt.

I'm not sure how to post the full report, but it looks to me like I need to

get started as soon as possible to get rid of the mercury...I know it's in his

poor brain.

I don't have the RBC test done yet to check if his vitamin/mineral status is

ok to begin... can I start to chelate with ALA without having it- the RBC

I plan on starting Friday after he gets home from school at 12.5 mgs of ALA

(he's 70 pounds). Should I also start the DMSA at the same time or wait a few

rounds? If I started the DMSA what amount would it be? Also is any brand of

ALA or DMSA recommended?

I'm hoping for some feedback here. I got the ALA from Kirkman and we have a

long weekend so I'm going to start 12.5 mg every 3 hours and 4 hours after

bedtime... I would like to do it every other weekend so 3 days on 11 days off...

is that ok? I've order DMSA and will add it the next round also at 12.5mg. I am

nervous about doing this without a doctor so I guess I need someone with

experience to at least tell me I'm not going to hurt my son because of the low

dosage. The attached memo gives the details of the Hair Test. My son is almost

11 ... we did chelation for about 2 years when he was around 6 and lead came out

mostly and he made terrific gains, but the mercury didn't come out like I had

hoped. That was on the 8 hour schedule with DMSA and ALA 100 mg each every

other weekend. I was told to stop by the DAN doctor when the zinc levels got

low... my son never had any problems with his liver. Also is the RBC necessary

before the chelation begins...

Thankful for any comments on the hair test or the chelation protocal I've

chosen... Beth

Note: forwarded message attached.

You can't send attachments to the list. You either need to post

the hair test to the Hair Test folder in the files section or you

can post it as text using the format described here:
