Hi all

my vertigo allows very little pc time as do my severe Lyme symptoms- We have Evan on LDN ( he has Lyme and Chiari and immune probs) and his IGG has risen a tiny bit and his sleep cycle and pain improved marginally- BUT after 5 months its losing effect.

Do we take a break?? has anyone done this and for how long is the best?? I know that often pulsing meds can be helpful and wondered about this

I have a favor though--can you ALSO email me the answer as I have big trouble scrolling and scanning the lists of posts? Im at finrussak@...

I say "also" so you can post the enaswer for all to see as well as email me.

thanks!!

Finette

I have Multiple Sclerosis, and took LDN for 3 months at 3.0 mg. Eventually, I notices my legs, and arms where getting weaker than usual, so I decided to take a break. Since it seems that LDN has a homeopathic like response (experiencing previous symptoms is reverse order) therecommendation is to stop taking a homeopathic treatment until you condition returns to pre-treatment levels, and then to start at one increment less of a doss than when the symptoms started to worsen. These steps can be done repeatedly up to the maximum recommended dossage for the treatment. With LDN I stopped for two weeks, and decided to go even lower to 0.5 mg increments 2 weeks at a time until I am back at 3.0 mg.
