Have you been eating cooked food? Greasy food? Spicey food? Been using any alcohol? Eating lots of sweets? Maybe overdoing it for the holidays? This is usually the time when people suffer the most as they overindulge in the sweets, excess greasy foods, too much foods, alcohol, coffee, teas, etc. All leading to acid indigestion, heart burn, sour stomach etc. A good New Year fast or juice cleanse should help you tremendously and then maybe a new dietary direction for the upcoming year as well. Peace be with you . Oh yeah, some slippery elm gruel or aloe vera should handle the burning sensation. You might also try a little peppermint tea with fennel seed and some turkey rhubarb. 3 parts each of peppermint and fennel seed and 1 part of turkey rhubarb. Peace be with you . -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
