At my house, excessive throat mucus was caused by intolerance and

yeast. So definitely consider increasing the yeast protocol, see if

that helps.

Yes I also suspect intolerance. Were you able to figure out what

intolerances were causing this at your place? - I know everyone's

different but it might help. I'm wondering about salicylates. Spices

seem to cause it in me - without doing proper elimination. Thanks again.

Two that I know for sure, were red dye #40 and corn.

I don't really use a lot of spices in my cooking, so I don't know if

spices can cause this. I do know that before my own phenol/salicylate

issues were resolved, eating spicy food caused major diarrhea. So it

might be that. Have you tried No-Fenol enzyme? That worked for most

spicy foods for me, until ALA chelation eliminated the phenol problem.
