Were you able to figure out what intolerances were causing this at your place? - I know everyone's different but it might help. I'm wondering about salicylates. I don't really use a lot of spices in my cooking, so I don't know if spices can cause this. I do know that before my own phenol/salicylate issues were resolved, eating spicy food caused major diarrhea. So it might be that. Have you tried No-Fenol enzyme?
