Guest guest
TRY AN OUT OF COUNTRY PHARMACY WHERE YOU DO NOT NEED A PRESCRIPTION THEY ARE IN ENGLAND, CANADA, AND MEXICO From: ceej2020 <garcia@...>Subject: [low dose naltrexone] finding a dr to prescribe LDN for Crohns patients in the NY/Long Island Arealow dose naltrexone Date: Wednesday, August 6, 2008, 4:42 PM Hi everyone! I am new to this list serve. I have Crohn's disease and am currently flaring. I have heard about LDN but I am in need of a dr in the NY/Long Island area that is willing to prescribe it. I printed everything from the LDN website and gave it to my current dr but he said that he never heard of it and said that i would have to go else where b/c he does not feel comfortable giving me something like that. I have already used Remicade & Humira but to no avail. I keep going back to where i started from and back on the prednisone. And i am sick of all the side effects that go with it. I have been battling this since i was 24 and my quality of life has diminished. I'm only 30 and need my life back-my kids need me back as well. I'm seeing a lot of good things about this drug so if anyone knows of a doctor in my area I would love to have that information passed on to me. Thank you!Ceej
Guest guest
Dr. Ehrlich 245 5th Ave. NYC 646 935 2265 He is very nice, he was recc. by Dr. bihari's office. Have him prescribe the creme for you if you are currently flaring and your intestines are inflamed. Good luck to you! Hope that LDN works as well for you as it has for my daughter. She no longer has any pain, diaherrea(sp?), and anemia. And her bloodwork is all normal!! I am SO Thankful to G-D that I finally found LDN after 10 years of suffering. ette [low dose naltrexone] finding a dr to prescribe LDN for Crohns patients in the NY/Long Island Area low dose naltrexone Date: Wednesday, August 6, 2008, 4:42 PM Hi everyone! Guest guest
ette--what is this cream? I have microscopic colitis, it's rare, auto-immune. I've had daily no warning diarrhea 6-8X/day for the last 9 yrs. I am currently taking LDN for my MS (just dx in Sept 07), but it hasn't helped the diarrhea. Do you think this cream might work for the colitis as well as the crohn's? I have not heard of a cream. Please tell me about it. Thank you.
