Hi Sherrie,

I don't know anything about Epicor but I do use nutritional yeast regularly. It provides vitamin Bs and protein. I've always wondered if it also causes Candida yeast to increase. But I don't think I'll give it up entirely since it seems to be helpful when I cut down on animal protein. I'm certainly not a vegetarian but I don't think animal protein is as healthy as it seems. Also animal protein is harder to digest.

Gluthione seems to help me when I have it to take. I'm also wary of taking too many supplements. I'm in the process of cutting down on the vitamin C I take. Finally I seem to be getting more of what I need. I'm going to a great chiropractor, having acupuncture and taking Chinese herbs. I've taken Chinese herbs specifically for my liver when my liver enzymes test was high and that lowered it so much that I did not need gal bladder surgery. I've had a few surgeries and I want as few after 50 as possible :o)

What works for one of us might be poison for someone else. Please be careful :o)

[low dose naltrexone] Epicor

If one has a sensitivity to yeast, should they take this? The ingredients are yeast based. Gluthione is another very good immune booster.

I also have a problem with high liver enzymes. Could you please give

me some addition info on the Chinese herbs you used and where to

purchase them? Thank you so much. -Biz
