Guest guest
Hi all. I've been on LDN for 3 1/2 months for chronic fatigue syndrome, the subset involving the syndrome developing after a serious viral infection. I'm taking LDN because it's an immune system modulator and the doctors think I have a re-activation of two childhood herpes viruses. I've worked my way up gradually to 3.75 mg. and intend to keep taking it for 6-9 months at least before deciding if it is the right medication for me (I've had some improvement in symptoms so far -- nothing dramatic). I'm writing because, even at 1.5 mg., I developed an itching in the scalp. I don't seem to have dandruff and I don't have any sores in my scalp but the itching is very irritating. It can even wake me up at night. Have any others experienced this on LDN and, if so, what have you done about it? Thanks so much. Guest guest
Yes, I've had itchy scalp since starting LDN 6 months ago - particularly at night, but it can be any time of day. It's not dandruff, either. I don't know what it means though, would be nice to understand mechanism, oh I bet its like a narcotic, they do that. > > Hi all. > > I've been on LDN for 3 1/2 months for chronic fatigue syndrome, the subset involving the > syndrome developing after a serious viral infection.
