It POSSIBLY could be molluscum contagiosum, a viral skin infection.

My son had it a few years ago. Some of the red bumps were small, and

some were larger, but all had a very white " pimplehead " in the center.

The white part contains the virus, so the virus can spread to other

parts of the skin in an auto-inoculation reaction. After the initial

outbreak, he had another outbreak several months later. And a series

of small spots around each initial big one (where the virus spread

locally). You should research it, but I seem to remember that in most

kids it goes away on its own in several months, but in some kids it

can last a lot longer. I thought it would last a long time for my

son, but it seemed to go away in around 5 months if I remember

correctly. We tried a " duct-tape " treatment on several on his belly,

but they left scars - small holes, indentations, that are still

there. When he got several on his face, I went to the doctor to

freeze them off so they would not spread on his face. Luckily this

treatment did not leave scars.

The virus is spread by contact - swimming locker rooms, etc. At the

time my son had finished swimming lessons and was taking a kids

gymnastics class. I actually think it was the gymnastics equipment

that did it.

I also seem to remember that it can be worse in kids who have eczema,

and my son, who has sensitive skin, had eczema-like patches around

some of the more severe lesions.

Not saying that your daughter has this, but you should definitely look

into it.

Good Luck!

I would suggest looking at her thyroid. Eczema can be that or dairy.

AT least in our home. I don't mean TSH testing which is superficial

and often tells you nothing. Take her basal body temp in the morning

before she gets out of bed. Chart if for a while. See if it is below

97.5. It can be underarm or oral.

If it below that..she is hypothyroid. then finding someone to give her

Armour would be needed. Also check adrenal function, both contribute

to immune problems.

Secondly, we keep my son on his diet during the holidays for this very

reason. I buy him all natural candy from HFS that coincides with his

diet. We chuck all the Halloween stuff and give him is HFS candy. He

knows the rules..he can't eat the trick or treat stuff. Otherwise,

begin to take her to Halloween parties by Holistic parent groups that

don't have this junk food to offer. There she can dress up and

celebrate...and no diet violation. As for the other holiday occasion,

I make all my son's food, cookies etc and we bring it when we visit.

So he does not eat cut out cookies or whatever at grandmas'. I make

his goodies and he eats those. I have learned..that is simply is not

worth the months afterwards in trying to repair his body and get him

on track...just for some sweets that are bad for him anyway.

It takes some advances prep and cooking/baking, but it will save you

months of agony later.

I was actually thinking of getting my son a shirt that said " Please

don't' feed the boy! "

Darkness under eyes, eczema, paleness in my house are food infractions

or yeast.

I found myself more able to tolerate fragrances when I began chelation

and using milk thistle everyday. When the liver cannot filter out

these chemicals properly, you get sensitivity and allergy. Milk

thistle 1/4 cap four times a day may help.

Sore throat...put a humidifier in her room at night. Central heat is

horrid for causing this problem. We have a humidifier on our furnace

or we get this too.

That rash sounds like the yeast rash my son gets when his yeast has

gone way crazy. I use liquid GSE and warm water to cleanse the skin

and of course oral GSE to get rid of the internal yeast. I found that

nothing else really helped the rash. Antibiotics did nothing for the

rash for us, just gave him diarrhea and we stopped the med. GSE got

rid of the rash in a day or so, but we also had to deal with the

internal yeast.

I would increase the vitamin C. My son who is 5 takes 1000 mg a day.

My 12 year old is on 3,000 a day. So maybe a bit more for her. Same

with magnesium. See the supplement file for dosing these by her weight.

Make sure B vites are yeast free or you will see a reaction. Some kids

still can't tolerate them until some chelation has been done.

My son also acts like you describe when yeast gets bad.

Adrenal support did help him calm down a bit, as did Taurine.

It sounds like she is reacting from the dietary infractions....

Hope some of this makes some sense....and maybe will help..

Dark circles can be food intolerance [commonly phenols], yeast

overgrowth, or a few other things

http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm

http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm

Eczema is commonly caused by food issues.

Try giving taurine.

Enzymes did not help my son with corn, and a few other foods.

Taurine can help with this problem also

ALA chelation eliminated that problem for my son, and I was able to

add the Bs with great results.

Do you give her biotin?

Yeast in the head is nasty, I have had that problem several times. I

use biotin and GSE to eliminate it.
