That was good motivation to keep at it! It's nice to finally get results

instead of just pain and cramping!

And today I have energy! I don't usually. I forget how nice it is. : )

Today I got a bottle of Simply Digestion organic " Dietary Supplement.

Provides fibers, enzymes, prebiotics, & probiotics. Promotes regularity " and

I'll add that to my daily routine as well! The tops ingredients are papaya,

aloe vera juice, flax seeds, and psyllium husks. Here we go! (literally)
