sorry, i mean rice vinegar... at least the recipe was originally written for rice... I had to make it with acv once... it gives a bit of different taste with acv...

Pico de Gallo, Oriental

1 carrot, shredded

1 zucchini, shredded

1 tomato, chopped

1/4 cup ac vinegar

1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sea salt, to taste

sesame oil

Shred carrot and zucchini.

Chop tomato.

Over vegetables, pour rice vinegar, salt, and allowable portion of sesame oil.

Refrigerate overnight.
