An extra dose or 2 is adequate, you don't need an extra day.

It often leads to lesser aftereffects the day after you stop.

I'm not using DMSA, but making sure to give antioxidants in low doses 4xday

and selenium 2x day, day b4,during and day after ala. working well for my 3y/o.

If dmsa can help rid the body burden before using ala, then I don't see the harm

in using dmsa alone after the 72 hours of ala to minimise any redistribution,

but would keep it at the 2 doses as andy states.
