Now if your body smells like garlic then you have a mucus overload and toxins to boot. Start doing 3 day juice cleanses. Do 3 day water fasts. Do the Master Cleanse. Do a good thorough herbal cleanse like Doc's or Schultz's. There are lots of cleanses out there that are very good and will begin the process of cleaning out your body. However, no matter what anyone tells you, it takes time to cleanse your body. You will not accomplish it with one cleanse. You most likely won't accomplish it with two, three or ever 4 cleanses. It takes time to clean out all the metabolic debris and toxins that you have been manufacturing and storing up in every cell of your body. As you cleanse and the more toxins you remove from your body the less dependent you will be on warmed or cooked food. However, that too is choice. Warming the food makes it comfort food. We all, well probably most of us anyway, have eaten warm or cooked food for the majority of our ever since we began eating solid foods. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man. Guest guest
I had mentioned awhile ago that I was having a problem disguising garlic on my breath. Well, I found something that works like a charm. I bought some Burt's Bees Peppermint Breath Drops. It's in a dropper bottle and I shake it up and put 3-5 drops on my tongue and then drink a little water and it works! I see the ingredients are: vegetable glycerin, purified water, peppermint oil, and chlorophyll. After this bottle is empty I'm going to try and make my own using their formula. Good stuff and doesn't taste bad and it does the trick, although it looks terrible (dark murky green). Gloria
Guest guest
I am going to look for this product. Thanks so much for the info Burt's Bees products are sold in sooo many places, although every store doesn't carry every one of their products because they have so many. It was $6.00 and really worth it imo. Just make sure you shake it up real well before you take it. Gloria

Guest guest
Gloria I think the chlorophyll has more to do with it than mint. I think mint is to make it taste better. You're probably right. I used to use peppermint oil alone but it didn't work as well as this stuff does. Yeah...I doubt if they'd sell much of it if they didn't have the peppermint in it.
