================================

Olive oil that is yellow only means it came from a different variety of

olive. It does not mean it was cold pressed. As there are around 900

different varieties of olives in the world you are going to have various

colors from light yellow to a darker green. Cold pressed only means

that the oil was not heated above a certain temperature. Most cold

pressed oils are actually expeller pressed and not stone ground. The

stone ground oils is the best if you can find it. There is truly nothing

finer than tasting stone ground organic virgin or extra virgin olive oil.

Sungazing is wonderful and can be extremely helpful for anyone suffering

from most anything. Do check that one out.
