You can be up to an hour late, not more. > But then it says nightime dosing can go 4 hrs instead of 3. Since the metabolism slows down during sleep, most people can tolerate this dosing frequency at night. Some people have to stick to 3 hrs round the clock. You just have to try it and see. But yes, the extra hour is counted in already, so you can;t go 5 hrs between doses at night and keep going. So the max between doses is always 4 hours, but you want it to be 3 hrs during the day because the metabolism is working more quickly then. Guest guest
Not really. If you are taking a chelator, you can take it up to an hour past schedule no matter what time of day it is... DMSA: every 4-5 hours ALA: every 3-4 hours etc What I would NOT do is go any longer than every 4 hours at night (it is not now every 4-5 hours)if you are taking it every 3 hours during the day. Don't give yourself any extra leeway time for that night time dosing. Pam > > Ok I am confused again. If we are late on a dose.. we should stop the > round. Guest guest
It is okay to extend at night a bit because metabolism is slower then. Anne > > Ok I am confused again.
