Guest guest
I have been trying to find out more about LDN and its interaction with IL 10. Dr McCandles mentions it in his research paper and then I found a it mentioned on a power point that was published to the Web Yet nowhere can I find a mention as to what it does with IL 10. Does it suppress it or increase the secretion of IL -10 in the system? Does anyone know? I am following it as IL -10 has been shown to reduce the expression of IL12/23 p40. This gene may be responsible for the inflammation in Crohn's, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and psoriasis. It could explain a possible mechanism behind how LDN helps these diseases. Several new Drugs for these diseases in phase 3 trials act on IL12/23p40 and are showing amazing results. Anybody know or have Dr McCandles's emial? Thanks Steve
