Guest guest
This was a Huge " new " idea for me, about a year ago now...I have always had lowish blood pressure & pulse, which always impressed the doctors.. " you are the healthiest person I have ever seen " type comments - whcih led to me dismissing so many other problems, like insane belly pain, as " normal for me " and " maybe/must be that I am a hypochrondriac. " anyway, in the days after having my migraine girl, I was asked if I was a professional athlete, based on my (healthy) low pulse - that just stuck in my head, because I had just spent a Full Year, not being able to do anything physical, at any level comparable to my norm (my add-ish nature, I can get pretty busy, my own self - pretty much walking up/down stairs Once, would put me on the couch for hours...Something just did not compute,yk? (minor vent - I had long since learned that " sharing " this type of information ( " uhhh, that is sooooo off-base " ) just leads to a dismissive & condescending attitude, for the most part, from doctors/nurses & such. so I did not even bother,yk? aarrghh) ....I was told during my pregnancy, that yes I did definitely have thyroid issues, but it was Not my thyroid (so many pointless tests I had, big sigh - imo)...the adrenal connections just make much more sense of this longstanding " quirk " of mine, the low pulse/pressure... happy dance - my adrenal symptoms are very (Very) much improved from a year ago. slowly, but surely. And lots of genuine gushing gratitude floating regularly out into cyberspace!! Btw, learning to appreciate sleep - that was soooo tough for me, huge learning curve for that one, but now I think sleep is one of the most underrated needs,yk? Amazing what a difference Just Sleep can make wishing all the very best answers elizabeth > Low BP and Low pulse are signs of adrenal fatigue (bet she missed > this).
