Guest guest
She's gone from cold to warm & sweaty now actually. Still cannot eat anything, but is drinking water. Very lethargic & not well. Michele > > > > My 5-1/2 dd had ALA for the first time this morning (appx 12mg). She > > is very, very cold & needed socks, slippers & a sweater. Guest guest
Whether due to adrenal problems or sth. else, it sounds like her blood sugar is low. Can she drink some juice? > > > > > > My 5-1/2 dd had ALA for the first time this morning (appx 12mg). > She > > > is very, very cold & needed socks, slippers & a sweater. Guest guest
No need to do any testing for this. Just get some ACE and/or licorice and give it a try. I had symptoms like this when I started and waited way too long to treat. When I started treating, chelation got soooo much easier. Does she like licorice? If so, that might be easier to get into her since you can use licorice candy - just make sure it is a product with real licorice extract in it. When she is up to it, see if she would like some warm broth or something salty. Salty stuff will also help her adrenals and might make her stomach feel better, too. -- > > > > > > My 5-1/2 dd had ALA for the first time this morning (appx 12mg). > She > > > is very, very cold & needed socks, slippers & a sweater. Guest guest
She's never had licorice; are you talking about an herbal extract or candy? We avoid candy & don't do too much juice either becz of yeast issues. What is ACE? How would that be used for her? Guest guest
She's up & had 2 bowls of GFCF cereal & a juice box (no sugar added). She wants to have dinner. She talking non stop (with lots of repeating). Guest guest
I keep reading about anxiety but she's not an anxious child at all. She is not really " stimmy " , she has yeasty behaviors & trouble focusing sometimes. She gets a bit obsdessed with certain topics & repeats herself multiple times. Mild Asperger's traits perhaps. Thanks, Michele > > > > > > > > > > > > My 5-1/2 dd had ALA for the first time this morning (appx > > 12mg). > > > > She > > > > > > is very, very cold & needed socks, slippers & a sweater.
