Urinary neopterine levels results - any ideas

Just had Tom's urinary neopterine profile back. it is 407 against a

refernce of up to 180. HOwever his neopterin vs biopterin ratio is

fine - 2.85 reference more than 1.5.

Could anyone tell me what this means as I find the Laboratoire results

really hard to decipher and we don't see our doctor until next month!
